Cyclothon supported by Spec savers

Sunday 18th May, Sponsored cycle ride starting from the hospice over 25, 45 and 60 mile routes. £5 adults, £2 (under 14’s) and teams of 4 £16.

Golf Day

Friday 6th June, Pontefract Golf Club, Teams of 4 £200 to include 3 course meal and award presentation.

Street Collection

Saturday 7th June, Castleford town centre, volunteers needed.

Summer Ball in association with Scottish & Southern Ferrybridge “C” Power Station

Saturday 7th June, Wentbridge House Hotel. To include canapés and arrival drink, 3 course meal plus coffee and live music. Tickets £40.

Ladies Ascot Day in association with Scottish & Southern Ferrybridge “C” Power Station

Thursday 19th June, Pontefract Race Course – With Guest Speaker Bob Champion, canapés and arrival drink, 2 course lunch, video horse racing. Tickets £30.

Starlight Walk supported by Scottish & Southern Ferrybridge “C” Power Station

Saturday 5th July, starting at midnight from Junction 32. 13 / 6 ½ mile sponsored walk for ladies only, ending with breakfast. £10 to include t-shirt, goody bag, medal and breakfast.

10k Road Race

Sunday 28th September, 10am from Pontefract Park. 10K Road Race, fast undulating course on closed roads. £7 UKA member, £9 non-affiliated.

Great North Run

Sunday 5th October, half marathon, 25 places available, £57 each.
